Investment Criteria
We seek opportunities across most sectors, including retail & distribution, manufacturing, food & beverages, pharmaceuticals, branded consumer products, media, technology and services.
We actively source opportunities across the region with a focus on Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Romania and Serbia.
We are involved in management buyouts, growth capital, recapitalizations and turnarounds and actively engage in the strategy and growth of our portfolio companies supporting strong management teams.
We usually seek a majority stake but will consider significant minority investments in opportunities that otherwise meet our investment objectives. We do not usually invest in start-ups or early stage companies.
We typically have a 5-year investment time horizon and usually pursue transactions in which we can make equity investments of €3 to €15 million. In larger transactions, we may co-invest with like-minded investors.
