About Us

We manage private equity funds targeted at corporate, real estate and energy investments in Southeastern Europe (“SEE”).

We have the resources, the skills and the experience to help strong management teams unlock their potential.  We currently manage funds dedicated to investing in SEE totalling €500 million.

Of this amount, €200 million is dedicated to corporate buyout and growth capital investments, €50 million for real estate investments (with another €50 million planned) and €100 million for energy investments.  In addition, a further €100 million has been earmarked to focus solely on investments in Turkey.

We have an established record of corporate investment in SEE.  We have successfully exited numerous investments, including: PNG Geralymatos (pharmaceuticals, Greece), BTC (telecom incumbent, Bulgaria), Inform Lykos (business printing, Romania), Evertzy/Tellas (alternative telecom operator, Greece) and DoverieBrico (do-it-yourself retail, Bulgaria).
